We understand that sometimes circumstances have changed for you or you furry friends. Animal Necessity will replace or refund product for retail purchases made from this website that grants a refund for one of the following reasons:
Please contact our sales team at 1-800-721-1310 to speak to us about your return or refund. We return or refund on a case by case basis.
Damaged Product:
If you have received a damaged product we will ask that you return that product to us for our inspection and we will be sure to work quickly to get you out a new supply. Once again please feel free to call or email us with any problems or concerns. In any of these cases- the returned product should not be missing more than one weeks worth of dosing.
Expired Product:
Animal Necessity will replace expired product with existing new product of the same SKU. In the event the product has been deemed discontinued, we will refund on a case by case basis.
Refund or Replacement?
An Animal Necessity representative will handle each request on a case by case basis. Please contact Animal Necessity to discuss which method best applies to your situation.

Please note: Any returned product must have at least 6 or more months of expiration left stamped on the bottle.
